 We have all been managed by unskilled leaders giving us the feeling of swimming in Jell-O with no support, of being unheard, and of being asked to do useless tasks when there is real work to be done. Many of us - hopefully - also have been led by someone who got more out of us than we thought possible. These leaders made us more productive and helped to leverage and develop our professional strengths! People deserve to be phenomenally well-led. Well-led people are happy, productive and bring that fulfillment to the rest of their lives and to the people that share their lives - their friends, partners, spouses, and children.
Leading in a way that achieves important business results AND brings out the best in people is great leadership. The aim of my business is to create products and services that help leaders to do both. How did Leadereview start?
Leadereview grew out of my executive coaching experience and my own leadership experiences. I have worked in a variety of industries, sizes of companies and positions from individual contributor to CEO so I understand the difficult decisions and challenges leaders must face. My Bio
I have worked with many leaders, each with an acute sense of responsibility about their work as a leader and a genuine desire to accomplish great things. For some, the sense of responsibility and accomplishment show up when they tackle significant business challenges - growing revenue, increasing profitability, changing corporate cultures, expanding into new markets and product offerings, and other "mission critical" initiatives. For others, that sense of responsibility and accomplishment are present as they consciously make an effort to expand their leadership skill set in order to create an organization of leaders. Leadership is handed top-down through the organization.
The best leaders that I know are active, action-oriented, smart, responsible, self-aware, brave and fun people. I design and deliver products and services for these leaders - for you! - that meet needs for:
- an on-going desire to keep up-to-date on leadership
- a quick hit to remove a road block
- on-going support
