Amy Reece is the founder of Leadereview. Amy works with business leaders to tackle significant business challenges – growing revenue, increasing profitability, changing corporate cultures, expanding into new markets and product offerings, and other mission critical initiatives. Amy provides coaching, facilitation, and other products and services for leaders. Leadereview Scan, her latest service, keeps leaders up to date on crucial skills, theories and models of leadership.

Amy brings a unique blend of skills and a history of strong results through 20 years of management experience. Her prior work experience includes:

  • CEO of a software company with Global 1000 clients. Key clients included the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, BP, Johnson and Johnson, Pacific Gas and Electric, Southern California Edison, Texas Utilities, BC Hydro, Public Service Electric and Gas of NJ.

  • GM of a new business unit for a Fortune 100 company charged with entering new markets and creating new products to capture the opportunities created by a changing regulatory climate. In addition to meeting $600 million revenue goal, responsibilities included acquisitions that dramatically increased organizational capability and a wide variety of product lines. Elected Chairperson of the National Energy Marketers Association and as Director to the Board of Directors for Energy America, a residential retail commodity company.

  • Director of Risk Management Products for Fortune 10 Company looking to achieve significant growth through the development of new products and services. Managed the creation of products and services in a start-up business unit. Priorities included integrating customer and competitor information into the product development, and the creation of delivery systems and infrastructure.

  • Director of a national human resources consulting firm. Responsible for managing West Coast presence and operations, including: building long term client relationships, managing and staffing engagements, and consulting on the management of issues associated with corporate strategy shifts and key initiatives. Clients included: ADP, AT&T, Chase Manhattan, Covey Leadership Center, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, JP Morgan, Mobil, and Pacific Gas and Electric.

    Amy is a graduate with Honors in Economics and English of Wellesley College.
