We had a great call today with Katherine Crowley and Kathi Elster about their latest book, Working for You Isn’t Working for Me. Some highlights:
I loved their advice on how to surface information when you are interviewing for a job.
Their work is an extension of Emotional Intelligence, teaching us more on how to manage our own emotions.
The book is useful for dealing with all sorts of authority figures.
Here’s a link to Kathi and Katherine’s Ask K2 video blog where they answer questions submitted by readers: http://wwyikm.com/ask-k2.html
